Enough talk – it is time to release the potential

We have talked about bitcoin and blockchain for ten years – about the revolution, about the mystery and in particular about the potential. Now it is time to do something about it and seize the opportunities.

The blockchain technology has been a hot topic since 2017 when the cryptocurrency bitcoin made dramatic headlines because of large currency fluctuations. Nevertheless, only a few organisations are applying the blockchain technology when automating and improving the efficiency of their business processes. Part of the reason is that there is not much experience to draw on when it comes to the application of the blockchain technology, and that many organisations find it difficult to figure out when it makes sense to apply the technology.

In this Grab’n Go session, we would like to share our blockchain experience. We will present client cases featuring different potential applications. For example, we will show how the blockchain technology can improve transparency across value chains, and how we have rethought, automated and improved the efficiency of heavy compliance processes applying the blockchain technology.

If you need inspiration and recommendations as to when it makes sense to apply the blockchain technology and how you get started, you should participate in this session, where we take a complex technology into a business context. Moreover, you will get an idea of whether your organisation will benefit from applying the blockchain technology.

Target group: Managers and business developers in digital innovation units.

Key takeaways

        • How the blockchain technology can drive transparency, automation and efficiency gains based on specific cases.

        • How the blockchain technology drives the development of network-based industrial ecosystems rather than linear value chains.

        • How your organisation can get started with the blockchain technology and distributed ledger technology (DLT).
