(This session is held in English)
With the exponential progress of Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning, cloud and edge computing, the future of voice powered assistants is not just about opening the garage door or adding a reminder to the calendar. It is about the ability to disrupt the way we interface with business applications at work, it is about disrupting in-store experiences, and it is about making technology so intuitive that it simply disappears into the background.
In 2017, nearly half of Americans used digital voice assistants. As more and more European languages and platforms become compatible with digital voice assistants, it will not be long before European customers are going to show the same behaviour. But how do you start designing for this new type of AI interface?
Creating actions and applications for voice powered Digital Assistants requires a breadth of design expertise ranging from Voice User Interface design, interaction design, UX as well as an in-depth comprehension of the possibilities and limitations of the underlying technology. At this Grab’n Go session, together with our partner Google, we are going to introduce you to the topic of conversation design and how you can build products and services for the future of AI interfaces: Voice.
Target group: CXOs, Product and Digital Managers. A basic understanding of machine learning, natural language processing and designing thinking is helpful.
Understand the true value drivers for B2B and B2C in order to build and design voice powered AI interfaces.
How to utilize design thinking principles to architect systems, conversations and voice powered interfaces.
How to approach building your first POC and how you can scale your conversations across devices and platforms.
How you approach security, privacy and regulation when it comes to voice powered AI.
