(This session is held in English)
Over the past year, the signs have become clearer and more apparent. The tides in the global economy are changing. And after a historically long period of expansion, the outlook is uncertain. It prompts companies to ask two questions: What will happen? And how should we react?
No one knows the answer to the first question. However, the general consensus in the market is that a slowdown is coming.
The answer to the second question is twofold.
Firstly, understand how different businesses reacted during similar times – and with what outcomes. Secondly, understand how margin improvement programs are rapidly changing these years.
In this session, we will dive into market predictions and cost-management strategies – and we will give our point of view on how businesses should navigate in more volatile waters to come out stronger.
Target group: C-suite, senior management and business developers
What does the market prognosis actually tell us?
What responses were applied during similar periods and with what outcomes?
How can best-in-class cost management help you come out of a slowdown or downturn with a stronger business
