With a long tradition of manufacturing handcrafted beds from the finest materials, their brand – including the blue checked pattern – stands for premium quality and a guaranteed good sleep. In early 2018, Hästens saw the opportunity to improve their customer experience and grow their business. Barry is a Director in Deloitte Digital in Sweden, having worked for Deloitte in London for 15 years. He has 14 years experience delivering CRM led business change in B2B. Barry has led a number of global implementation including Sixt, G4S, Leaseplan and Caterpillar. He focuses on Industrial Products and Manufacturing clients.
Henrik is a Partner in Deloitte Digital in Denmark, having worked in consulting for 25+ years. Throughout his career he has delivered enterprise wide transformations, primarily based on packaged software.
