(This session is held in English)
Working in a tax department, you know that nothing is business as usual. Expectations, roles and responsibilities are changing, businesses become digitalised, and tax authorities adopt disruptive technologies and demand more data faster – much faster. In fact, tax authorities have come to expect real-time reporting as the technology and data to provide this are available. How should a tax leader respond to these changes?
Embrace them! Choose a path, gain stakeholder commitment, prepare an action plan, and transform the department while maintaining day-to-day operations.
This Grab’n Go session will inspire people working in tax functions to get started with the transformation process and to leverage technology and advanced data insight to create a high-performing tax department with a strong compliance agenda. Moreover, we will give you an idea of what it takes to become an effective and valued business partner to the CFO.
Target group: Persons working with automation of finance and tax processes, persons working in tax functions or with tax compliance, and CFOs.
